Welcome to our Casita Linda. This is a home located in the highly sought-after Civano neighborhood which features beautiful walking paths, parks, pools, tennis, and pickleball. We are a 7-min. drive to Saguaro National Park. Come in, kick off your shoes, rest your tired head on one of our comfortable beds that feature 100% cotton bedding, & then wake up to enjoy being your own barista at our thoughtful coffee & tea bar. Enjoy yourself on the front or back porch. Peace is sure to find you here.

Home Away From Home
My husband and I had a very enjoyable 4 week stay in Civano in March 2024. The house was perfect for us, spotlessly clean, well equipped kitchen and laundry with some great basic supplies, and comfortable beds and furniture. The large 2 car garage is accessed from the side yard, 2nd bedroom and bathroom work well to host guests. The house also has a "manual" with all the information needed about the house and many local tips. Valerie was very responsive and friendly, simply terrific to deal with! I highly recommend this home for your vacation and we hope to be back some day.

Absolutely perfect place to stay!
My wife and I just finished a month long stay in this beautiful casita. We were here to bicycle and hike in the mountains surrounding Tucson. The location is perfect for easily getting around the heavy traffic of the area. Bike trails are in the Civano neighborhood and the main trail system is only a mile away. The casita itself is newly remodeled and beautifully decorated. Everything you could possibly want is stocked up in the kitchen. Nice TV's in bedrooms and a huge TV in the living room. A nice touch having smart TV's with all the streaming apps. The Civano neighborhood is incredibly quiet and well kept with a lot of friendly people. We sat out front on the porch a lot in the sun [Even though the locals thought it was cold!] Owner Valerie is only a text away, with her checking on us periodically. We have stayed in many VRBO's over the years, but this was possibly the nicest overall experience we have had.

Christmas at Civano, Tucson.
Well maintained property in a beautiful neighbourhood. Every amenity we appreciate was provided, we had one minor issue & the host responded immediately to correct. The Casita was clean, the furniture and bed were comfortable everything worked great. Already have booked a return stay as we really enjoy outdoor activities in the Tucson area.

Great Stay at the Casita
We were thrilled with our stay at this Civano casita. Upon our arrival the place was staged beautifully. We were impressed by all the special touches that welcomed us. The casita is tastefully decorated and included everything that one needs for a long term stay. The host was very helpful and accessible whenever needed. It was quaint and quiet. We love the Civano neighborhood and it's unique character. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this Beautiful Desert Casita!
