"We recently stayed 4 nights - loved our room (owners suite). Pool and jacuzzi atmosphere are really lovely. Breakfast and wine happy hour were quite nice and we enjoyed. I will say if quiet is important to you, bring ear plugs - this is right off Duval, so we could hear music from Willie T's at night, then garbage trucks, street sweepers and roosters in the early am. The hotel itself is tucked away, charming and close to everything (walgreens, mary ellens and green parrott are all 2 minutes or less to walk), also an easy spot for uber/lyft pick-up."

"Great location! Central and walkable to sights, restaurants and everything we wanted. Room was spacious and king bed comfortable. Bathroom was down three steps, otherwise fine. Expected a little more for the money… eg, there was a coffee machine but we had to ask for coffee and it wasn’t replenished. It was very nice coffee though! Bottled water in room would have been good. Overall very clean but we had to wipe out some dusty bits from all drawers. Room was otherwise cleaned very well each day. The grounds were lovely with some nice places to sit. Pool tiny but pleasant setting. The outsides of the buildings were a bit tired in places. No problems with noise. Like most things in Key West, an bit overpriced but we suspect that is true of all accommodations. Sunny Eggs on Fleming St highly recommended for breakfast! "

"Property is very nice. We prefer smaller places and the Orchid was a perfect spot. All rooms were ground level. Pool, hot tub, with a cozy and fun little bar with snacks during the day and nice simple breakfast every morning. Staff was very friendly from check in, cleaning staff and the different bartenders. The property is clean, well maintained and decorated very tastefully. Walking distance to so may fun places to eat, shop and find fun experiences. We will be back. "

"Fantastic walking distance to most everything in old Key West. It is close enough to Duvall St. but far enough away that you didn’t hear the activity. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again! "
