Our first room l, just past the pool, was 3rd world country. The windows are single pane louver windows that crank. They leak air like crazy and the room never got cooler than 80 degrees. The shower was small, like camper small, with screw holes in the walls, and the showerhead plumbing was loose in the wall. The shelf was dirty and the lavatory cabinet had water rot. I complained and received an upgrade to a suite. The room was larger, and had 4 dining chairs along the walls, and a kitchenette from 1977. The bathtub was again a plastic unit, yellowed with age, with screw holes in the walls (sealed w caulk). This hotel needs upgrades so bad. Another couple with us had another room that had been updated, and was nicer, but it was still about a 2.5 star accommodation. All the rooma have window air conditioners and none of them in all 3 rooms ever kicked off? And the coolest during the day is 76 degrees. All the units are undersized and paying more than $100 a night ($500 for us), is absolute thievery. On a positive note, the floors and beds are very clean. I would not stay here ever again.
