"Stunning view and sunset the rooms were huge and amazing, and the staff were super friendly. One minor surprise was the huge cruise ship outside our window on the Sunday morning. It wasn't really a negative, but definitely a surprise."

"Location to watch tv from bed, very uncomfortable. No cups. No ice buckets. No cups in the room. Dropped phone side of bed, extremely dirty and dusty. Noisy loud. Tight room. Plenty of towels. Pools, bottom looked dirty"

"Not the experience I expected from a Premium Resort. It started with the numerous text I received to register with Open Key in order to check in. The App didn’t work. I called the resort for help, got transferred around. It took 4 calls to reach someone to help. They are no longer using Open Key. We arrived around noon, the room wasn’t ready and were told they would text us. Never received a text. Went to the desk at 4pm, they told me to come back because the internet was down for three hours. I asked when, they didn’t know. I had to keep checking back to finally get a room at 5:30pm. Didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience. Everyday the beach was covered with sea grass, had to push it aside to get into the water. I prepaid for breakfast, was charged for gratuity for each day. The room was fine, the rest of the resort seemed dirty. We got frustrated with everything and checked out a day early. Book elsewhere, don’t waste your money here!"

"Our bungalow was fine...bed comfortable, but no fitted sheet, so the sheets were a mess every night, came undone and didn't cover the bate mattress. Pools were nice, but not super clean. The bungalow needed a few amenities to make it more convenient like hooks to hang towels and wet suits, and the counterfor the sink was so small it made toiletry storage impossible. I dont mind a small room if its well thought out. Breakfast was very nicely done "

"no kitchen ....shops nearby good, morning breakfast spotty except for waffle. Attendant was too attentive, sort of in the way. "

"You literally cannot get a better location in Key West. Everything is walkable but just tucked away enough to be safe and quiet! Parking was not an issue, lot right across the street. Staff fantastic."

"I have a mixed review about this property because I couldn’t properly assess it. My first experience was great. We arrived early from our other property and while our room wasn’t yet available the two gentlemen were very helpful explaining parking and check in procedures and held our luggage for us. Later in the afternoon I suffered from a seizure and my next recollection was waking up in the room. I missed the whole check in processs but I assume it went well. The room (tropical suite) was great but watch the hot water. "
