    "I have to start by saying how amazing the communication was with Mary and Laurence. As theres no front desk it’s all via message. The room was nice & big & in an amazing location. Right near some great ice cream and coffee shops. I did request an earlier check in so not sure what happened but that’s fine as check in was all online and we left our bags whilst we grabbed lunch across the street. A few minor points for me the room didn’t have AC and yes it wasn’t listed as an amenity but I assumed..."
