« We had never been to Broadkill before but it was ideal for children. The beach was quiet and the bay was calm. The shed was equipped for our time in the sun! The backyard bedroom was perfect forWhen the grandparents came and wanted some quiet in the evening and mornings! The home was clean, cared for, and comfortable. « We ran into some wifi problems our first day, but communication with Angela and Joe was super easy and it was fixed in a timely manner. They were very responsive, and accommodating. The house is a close walk to the beach, and good restaurants/ice cream shops! The parking situation was simple and easy. My friends and I enjoyed our stay! »

« First experience with VRBO. So we went for a supper host to make sure we are getting what we see. Place is very close to beach, excellent for that. It says parking available but in reality, it is in the street, in busy season, may not be that obvious to find parking. But what we did not like was the furniture, old and dirty. « This house was everything we needed, super clean, and we had a great time. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the nice quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was perfect. The only things we ran into that were less than ideal was not knowing we needed to bring our own sheets! « Rebecca was an amazing host. Great communication from before to after our stay. This place is great for 2. The unit was private and the area was peaceful. Only a 2 block walk to the beach. If you like to be away from the boardwalk crowd, this is the place for you. Would definitely stay here again. A heads up that if you plan on cooking here, you may want to bring your own cookware since the supplies are limited, but otherwise I would give it an A+! »

« The only thing different was the new sofa, which we greatly appreciated! We even used it as a “crate” area for our dog. She even had a great time! I recommend this house! »

« The location was just across the street from the canal and we could sit on the deck or porch and watch the boats go by. The bedrooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. The host was very responsive when we had a few minor issues. One thing that I would recommend is for the host to provide coasters. I was always worried that we would accidentally make a water ring on the lovely furniture. I would certainly recommend this house for anyone visiting Cape May, N.J. »
