I was awakened multiple times in the middle of the night by the loud opening and closing of doors by neighbors. I called the front desk to address the issue, but no action was taken. I hope the front desk will take such requests for assistance during the night more seriously. A guest’s rest is very important—please do not disregard it.a(Between 2:00 AM and 4:00 AM, I was repeatedly awakened by the sound of doors opening. I had already informed the front desk that I needed to get up early the next day, but this made it impossible for me to sleep)

I’ve stayed at this property several times and I was disappointed the cleaning crew uses a really bad smelling products. It’s not your typical Marriott five star. Plus the next day I had to ask him to clean my room at 5 PM which was also ridiculous considering I was only there for two nights

I booked this Marriott out of necessity, not by choice, and unfortunately it was not worth the price. I booked through Expedia, and my reservation clearly included breakfast. However, the front-desk staff initially told me it was not included, and I had to show proof before they honored it. For a hotel charging approximately $400 per night, the amenities and service felt extremely cheap. When I requested drinking water for two guests, I was given only one small bottle. Breakfast was also very disappointing. It was not a buffet and allowed only one limited menu selection. Although the menu offered a choice of eggs, there were no vegetable options. The portions were small, the quality was poor, and only a very small glass of juice was provided. Most concerning was the service. My wife and I felt ignored by the server, who did not come to assist us until I specifically asked. As a Muslim couple, the experience made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I cannot know the reason for the treatment, but the difference in attentiveness was noticeable and troubling. Overall, the hotel did not provide the quality, hospitality, or value expected from Marriott—especially at this price. I would not stay here again and recommend finding another hotel.

From check-in to check-out, our stay was perfect. The hotel surprised our daughter with a birthday cake and gave her a teddy bear at check-out, which she loved. We appreciated the warm hospitality, clean hardwood floors, and comfortable room. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

The staff (front desk, bar/restaurant, housekeeping) were all excellent. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and efficient. The room was very spacious and the beds comfortable. The only improvement I would make is to the shower - the shower itself was roomy but the shower head was positioned so that you had to stand very close to it to have your shower which was awkward.
