Location de condos vacances à Topsfield

« Delightful place to stay. Only glitch was that there is another unit upstairs. It was occupied by a family with at least one small child who was very heavy footed and was often up and moving during late evening/early morning times. »

« What a great unit! It is truly a Park & Play unit – all attractions, restaurants, groceries, etc. are all at short walking distance. We literally parked the car at arrival and used it only at departure. We were 4 adults and the unit was just incredible. Very clean and spacious with the 3 separate bedrooms and the living room (with a huge smart TV). The equipment was top-notch from the efficiency of the AC to the modern equipment in the kitchen including sufficient plates/glasses/cutlery, pots...

« Be aware of what you are renting. It is rare to find an ocean front with a private beach on VRBO. However, it is an older home with older furnishings. To enter, you go through two doors and there is an open stairway that leads to the top floor meaning there is no door to the top floor. At first this felt very awkward, but it was fine. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of seating and all the basics are available. There is no washer and dryer as listed and there was no iron or hair...

« Property was great, didn’t realize the stairs involved. Lots of pollen on rooftop and balcony. Sean was amazing with communication on a few items. We would rent again without elders. Awesome location. »

« This VRBO was clean, we appreciated that it came with onsite parking, and the property managers quickly responded to our questions and concerns. The property itself could use some small repairs, though nothing major. Despite having a full kitchen, the kitchen was not fully stocked for use. For instance, there was only one fork, 4 spoons, no coffee mugs, no measuring spoons/cups, no pot holders, no dish towels, etc. when we contacted the host letting them know these things were missing, they did...

« The place was suitable and cost effective for what we were looking for. Owner was very nice. Public transportation pickup was very close and accessible. Linens were all clean and fresh. Appliances all work and well kept up. Arcade games were a nice touch although one was inoperative. Don’t expect the Ritz but it is a clean safe place to stay. Noise level was unexpected as neighbors came and went constantly and walls are paper thin. Toiletries were scarce for a family of 4. Overall it was a solid...

« There is a steep stairway (about 20 outside steps) to the second floor apartment which is not mentioned in the property description. It was a a bit intimidating at night in the rain. I would not stay there again. It was a lot of work carrying our luggage up the stairs. »

« Endroit très propre et accueillant ! L'hôte fournit même du savon, du shampoing et conditionneur ainsi que du beurre, de la crème et des cups de café. Nous étions vraiment surpris de constater à quel point tout est très bien organisé. Le condo est situé à 15 minutes de marche de la promenade et on peut même regarder les feux d'artifice du mercredi à partir du balcon. Le seul point un peu négatif est que la vue de la mer du logement est légèrement obstruée par les barreaux du balcon et du...
