« We loved this hotel, it was so unique in that it looked like we were outside yet it was inside. The rooms were large with a full kitchen. The breakfast was more personalized than your average hotel tiny buffet. My only complaint was the tv’s were hard to work but the staff came right away to help. »

« The staff was as helpful as they could be. 1st our room didn’t have a trash can. 2nd the fold out couch mattress had springs sticking out of the mattress. 3rd the hot water for the shower only got to warm and the control handle is wrong. When put to hot the water is cold and when put to put it’s cold. The middle was warm. 4th Bathroom door would not shut and lock. 5th the hot tub is out of order. 6th the pool water was cold even though it’s indoor. Overall for $180/night this is the worst hotel...
