« The studio room was wonderful! We loved the fully-functioning kitchen and the room was just pleasant. The only drawback we found was dust (?) on the closet shelf. We had bag there, and when we pulled it down something like white dust covered our clothes. Otherwise, the room and service was great. We will come back. »

« This space was perfect- Near a beach, large outdoor area, unique decor and layout - and very clean. We had everything we needed - convenient for walking around Canal Park. A great value too! »

« Staff were very nice and welcoming, gave great recommendations for the area. Facility was clean inside and beds were very comfortable. Temperature inside was warm and rather humid despite the AC. Parking is very difficult if you do not reserve a space for $10+ per night, the area does not allow street parking overnight. Neighborhood is pretty rough. A few guests came into the dorm late into the night (2-4am) dropping cans of beer and making a fair bit of noise but other than that very quiet....

« The price of the hotel was ridiculous. Over 300$. I was expecting a really nice place. Don't get me wrong. It was clean and modern. We had two rooms and both had pieces of the bathroom that were falling off. And had to fix a toilet and one of the toilet seats was really loose and pinched skin. The beds were very comfy! The breakfast was the bomb....So so good. The staff was amazing and very accommodating and super friendly. The only reason I give it 3 stars is the price. Way way to over priced....

« Someone was either vacuuming at 2:30 am for an hour or we had an extremely loud piece of equipment (ice machine or something) close to our room. So loud it woke my husband and I both up and I couldn’t sleep til it stopped. »

« The check in SUCKED!! No service outside the building so couldn't even check in. No conditioner or body soap in shower even though it was suppose to be Aveda products and there was an oiled up foot print on the wall by the bed. Not cool for how much they charge!! »

« This hotel is right in the center of Canal Park so convenient to everything. It is very affordable in the winter. There's a good bar and grill right across the street that stays open until 2 AM in the morning which is a big plus if you're arriving late. »

« The only disappointment we had was trying to change the thermostat and the a/c unit is very loud when it turns on and off. »

« The property reeked of marijuana the second you leave your vehicle and through the building. The place is very outdated and not very clean/well maintained as there were dirty plates on the floor up near our room. There was water damage and leaking all over the property and room. We payed a lot of money for the unit and we could not even sleep due to fighting and screaming in the halls at various times past midnight. Not the most family friendly hotel and incredibly disappointed at our stay as is...

« Walls are basically curtains. Weird offset slats on the tops of the walls by the room so you can see light from the other rooms and hear EVERYTHING. Hearing the person in the next room toss and turn in bed. Some degenerate left baby batter in one of the toilets. »
