"The front desk would not give us bottles of water because our Hyatt Status was not high enough. Offered to sell us water from the "H Mart" for $5 a bottle. It's a shame to lose a customer over a .25 bottle of purified water. We won't be going back. Housekeeping was unreliable."

"Front desk staff very helpful cleaning staff not soo helpful didnt speak english... room was ok (talking about the beds) just dirty, filthy, room wasnt vacuumed bathroom floor was dirty like not swept , we had spiderwebs , toilet was not working, ceiling was leaking. Breakfast was ok and kitchen was clean but over all the whole hotel was filthy WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN!"

"Not everything in Texas is bigger. The rooms are small. No lobby. 8th floor lounge was closed with events, patio closed. Location was close to state building. but the walk required walking past homeless zombi drug addicts. I would stay closer to the river or the other side of the river."

"Moxy is a fun & unique place to stay! Check in was easy and everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful. Having the bar and Zombie Taco right there in the lobby was super convenient. Drink tokens upon check in was an added bonus. Didn’t even have to think about where to hangout before heading to our concert- this was it! Didn’t get a chance to use the courtyard but the yard games looked fun and the art was very cool. Room was clean and comfy. Small but perfect for a quick getaway trip where you won’t be spending a lot of time in the room anyway. The decor was very eclectic, very Austin, and made the stay feel more like a vacation even though we were only from a couple hours away. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place different from the norm! "
