« Great hotel for folks who want to visit Seattle while avoiding the hubbub without being too far away! It's location in Cap Hill meant we were always near good food options within a few blocks walk, and it's near plenty of major bus lines that can take us down to the piers. The only thing to be mindful of is this is a historic building; there are no elevators, and the rooms are *snug.* Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! »

« This is a very old building and the walls are paper thin. We could hear other rooms partying until 6 am. That plus it’s on a main road so you hear sirens, loud cars, people talking all night long. Additionally I don’t think the floors of our room was ever mopped. It was sticky and when I wiped it, the paper towel came up black! The shower curtain smelled so bad of mildew too. The only saving grace was the location, otherwise this would have been a 1 star experience for me »

« My wife and I stayed at Kasa Capitol Hill for three nights and while we were there, we experienced an insanely strong stench outside the apartment and on the lobby and room floor. Luckily our room was spared from the stench but going in and out was a nightmare. I reached out to Kasa and their chatbot stated that they would look in to the problem and responded that the garbage compactor on the main floor wasn't working but had been cleared since.
