"Convenient close to I-75, super clean and updated/new facility. The area around is not great, but it is safe. We had a gymnastics meet at Knoxville convention center and it was easy to commute there. Breakfast options are above average and lobby and breakfast area are well kept."

"We had a great stay! We were there with our 3 teenage daughters for a UT tour. Great accommodations for us. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was great. And just a quick 10 min drive to UT in the morning. "

"This motel is an excellent budget option. It is a relatively modern building with clean rooms and amenities that work well. Parking is easy and Uber pick ups and drop offs are also easy. It is surrounded by fast food options and other businesses like a laundry and petrol station."

"This hotel was cleaner than most higher end hotels I've stayed in. Immaculate. They have a few dings and scrapes, but the bathrooms look like they were just retiled. Best part is that it was only 12 minutes from BigEars Music Festival by car. Really easy to navigate with a large refrigerator/freezer in room. Good budget-friendly option 20 minutes from the airport. "

"The rooms were very comfortable and a great use of space in order to have a refrigerator and microwave without having to take up a lot of space!! The dining options, within walking distrance, were very good. The ease of getting to UTK campus was great - either straight shot down Cumberland or on the interstate!! Great location!!"
