"This is our place to stay in Knoxville. Close to everything and a wonderful property."

"Bar was great. All staff were friendly. Room needs updates. Fire alarm went off when taking a shower. TP holder fell off and we fixed it kind of. Round vent thing in bathroom fell out in the middle of the night and hit the floor. Elevator was bad at times only 1/3 worked. Dirty dishes were left on the table by the elevator for days. "

"I love how close it is to the convention center. We have stayed here 3 times. For as much as you pay for the room I feel the onsite parking should be included. It cost an extra $200 for self parking in the hotel lot for a 4 night stay."

"My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff and service were terrific! Only one complaint: the food. Not to judge based on one experience, we ordered food on two separate occasions and neither lived up to expectations of finer dining we had hoped for considering the price we paid. It would have been better to have taken the free shuttle service Tennessean offered and supported another restaurant in the area. "

"Nice clean property in a quirky area. Upfront information about possible street noise. I brought a white noise machine that worked well. We struggled with the lockbox but we arrived late so dark -may have been our user error We enjoyed our stay and would come back!"
