"Beautiful hotel. Rooms are clean a little dated compared to the rest of establishment. Restaurant is a hidden gem to get away from the marriot restaurant on site. Fantastic bourbon selection. "

"The staff was wonderful! The only (minor) critiques I have was that I didn't like that I had to go to a different floor (odd floors only) for my ice and I didn't feel like the AC in the room was adequate. The thermostat bottomed out at 65 degrees but it still felt hot and stuffy in my room."

"Rocky Top Retreat is a gem,absolutely stunning. Usually in vacation rentals the pictures look great but when you get to the house there’s a lot of wear and tear etc..NOT this house! The bedding, the furnishings, the board games, the books, the kitchen utensils, everything was pristine. If I go back to Knoxville I will definitely see if this house is available for my family to stay in. Bryan was a wonderful host and always replied back promptly if I had any questions for which I am grateful. Thank you for lovely stay!!"

"This was our second stay at Bear Creek. Everything was just perfect. The yard and house looked so well cared for when we arrived. Last visit it rained, so it was nice to be able to go outside this time and enjoy the backyard. We also found the walking path which was great for our dog Moose. Location is great too. There is a gas station, mini mart, and, drug store right down the road and it is only about a 10 minute drive to UTK. We have already booked our next trip and feel it is our home away from home. "

"House was great and spacious for our group. There were two parking spaces and a good size backyard. The backyard is not fully fenced but the gaps are adequately blocked. The house is in a great location very close to the university and downtown. Overall, we would stay there again."
