We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel staff were all very friendly and personable. Authentic experience. We did have a issue with our ceiling fan but the staff tried their very best to fix issue. Other than that was terrific and reccomend anyone to stay here!

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in – and I have travelled a fair bit. The decor in the public spaces and in the room itself was exquisite. The staff were always smiling and helpful. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal in terms of quality and the range of choice. The gardens are magnificent and well tended. Look for the black swans! The spa was amazing. Our package allowed us free use of the spa. If we wanted a specific treatment we paid for it. The spa included two outdoor pools, one...

We truly enjoyed our stay at Kora tigot in Tenerife. The rooms were very comfortable and exceptionally clean, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. We also loved the swimming pools and the overall quality of the service. The location is very convenient, with a supermarket and other facilities nearby. One of our favourite things was being able to take beautiful walks along the ocean. It was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we would happily stay here again. Highly...

we were travelling for two weeks in Portugal and spain this hotel was a definite highlight , we stayed a few other 5 stars and this one was one only one worth the money. The location is ok if if you have a car but not in walking distance of anything. We took the oppourtunity to enjoy a day of rest from sight seeing and spend time on beautiful deck and private pool . we were in Rubi villa on the corner so deck and pool a little larger. the hotel is the beautifully decorated and very comfortable...

Every staff member was extremely friendly & helpful. We had the best time! Loved the small luxury resort feel.

Great stay. Room was fantastic, with beautiful wood ceiling providing historic charm. Location was perfect, steps from old town close to shops and restaurants and sights. Staff were friendly and helpful, in particular at the Vinoteca where we had lovely local wines and the doorman who provided best food recommendations. Highly recommend.

I had a nice stay at this hotel. The entire property is impeccably clean, and every staff member was nice and welcoming. The architecture is stunning. I loved the unique terracotta colors, which make the resort look like a beautiful palace against the blue ocean. Thanks to the clever design, my room had a fantastic sea view. The grounds feature massive tropical gardens and gorgeous lagoon-style pools.

It was good. Way finding needs improvement.

This is a wonderful resort and one I would strongly recommend. It is a paradise!!! Impeccably presented, every corner has been curated with moorish elegance or beautiful jade green touches. Palms, monsteras and geraniums are everywhere and have the deepest green you’ve ever seen!! The rooms are very well styled and impeccable clean. Then there is the service, which totally steals the show!! The staff is helpful, welcoming, incredibly warm and just lovely!!! If you are unsure where to book, this...

Rooms were spotless. Excellent spa and pool. Very well trained staff. The resort is gorgeous. The dinning staff made every meal a pleasure. The breakfast choices were fantastic. This is a resort for adults.

We stayed for a week at this hotel. The staff were always smiling and asking how they could help us. Our room was beautiful. We had a sea view and a private patio with lounge chairs and a sitting area. The bed was super comfortable and the maids were great at keeping the room and patio tidy , clean and organized . We ate at all the restaurants and the food was great. Again the restaurant staff were always smiling and the service was amazing . I loved this hotel. The grounds are always being...
