Excellent 6 night stay for Starmus festival! There are surprisingly few parking spaces for a hotel of this size, but we had no problem and staff would readily sort spaces for guests where mone were evident.

Great hotel and breakfast. Location is ideal next to the beach but not too far from the golden mile. Close enough without hearing much of the noise. Breakfast selection was great and pianist entertainment during breakfast is also great. Pool & pool area well maintained. Not too busy, plenty of beds and pool snack bar also nice. All round great visit!

The communal areas are beautiful. However it is apparent that the philosophy in regards to maintenance has been to patch it up and move on. The room was very dated, with a stained rusty bathtub, and patched up tiling on the exterior balcony. The plunge pool wouldn't fill properly as the plug didn't fit. For the price of the suite, I'm sorely disappointed and won't stay here again. On the plus side staff at reception (shout out Janine) were lovely, and breakfast is good.

This is a beautiful hotel, from check in to check out staff were very friendly and helpful. Really clean and spacious rooms, rooms are cleaned daily which is nice. We stayed in a superior room with plunge pool, great size for a couple with a nice big balcony which had amazing views. The plunge pool was great for cooling off and relaxing, Air con and safe is included with the room so no paying extra which is great. The hotels main pools/sunbeds and breakfast area were fantastic, plenty of space and sunbeds so no getting up early to try and get one. They have a great selection of food for breakfast, there’s something for everyone. I would say the only improvement for this hotel is to look at redecorating the rooms as they are quite outdated and could do with a new lick of paint. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice, stress free hotel with beautiful views and easy access to the beach.

Fantastic stay. Most relaxed holiday - beach/pool, eat, sleep and repeat. Loved the location - can easily walk to los cristianos old town one way, and las americas and beyond the other. we had a room overlooking the beach - sunbeds only 6 euros - and excellent beach restaurant - which was perfect. Connected rooms a bonus. Rooms Cleaned every day. Lovely pool - with new towels every day. Hotel pool bar with nice and reasonable menu. Breakfast in the morning accompanied by a pianist was delightful - so much choice. Every member of staff was lovely. Can get a taxi for about 10 euros to get between places, ie Del duque / fanabe. Restaurant recommendations: Essenza - 30 min walk - best views, arrive before sunseet. Oro di Napoli - los Cristianos old town - the best pizzas (and cheap!). Limonella - Italian - book in advance. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This a good hotel specially regarding location and amenities around. The building is nice as well but need more maintenance as it’s very old. Need to improve and do maintenance in the pool and also rooms. The breakfast it’s not fantastic, very usual and nothing special. The coffee machine is disaster, ( really worth to change it to better one), pastries are very good. Staff are very nice and helpful as well.
