Perfect rental for large groups looking to travel together while still having some privacy. This property is walkable to a lot of the Seminole Heights (foodie district of Tampa) hot spots, and is close to Downtown, the Airport, etc.

The Space:
Upstairs (Mid-Century Manor) has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 pull out couch to sleep a maximum of 6 people! Every detail in this home has been thought out to try to give it an authentic 1950’s feel! Downstairs (Casita on Central) is a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom boho-chic apartment with a pull out couch that sleeps 4.

The Neighborhood:
Seminole Heights is our Foodie hotspot of Tampa. Tons of fantastic restaurants, coffee shops, bars, breweries, etc. most of which are walking distance or a short Uber ride away! Downtown is 5-10 min away. Airport-15min. Beaches-15-40min (depending on the beach). Busch gardens-10min. Moffitt-10 min.

Getting Around:
Uber/Lyft are easily accessible, and walking/biking is also easy to do. But to see the majority of Tampa you’ll probably want to have a car.
