Great location, great property, great price
Our group stayed in this beautiful duplex for the Gasparilla Distance Classic which was only a couple miles away. We loved the ease of walking to Ybor for some food and entertainment and the convenience of getting to the Tampa convention center. The property was everything we needed. Each person had their own bedroom and nearly everyone had their own bathroom. The two kitchens and living rooms was an added bonus so we could spend time together or with smaller groups. The only downside to our experience was that the WiFi was not accessible to anyone in our group. We attempted to connect with our phones, computers and an iPad and had no luck. This was especially frustrating for one of our guests who needed to work. The owner was responsive on day 1 to the issue but it never got resolved over the 4 day stay. This wouldn't be so bad, but the cellular service in this area isn't the greatest. Hoping that gets resolve for future stays because I would love to book this property again!

The house is as lovely as the pictures which is not always the case. We were able to walk to spots to get food (if you are okay with a mile-ish walk). Very comfortable all around, highly recommend.

We had a fabulous time in Ybor City. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything we wanted to see while in the area. Management was quick to respond to our inquiries. The property is clean and very comfortable with plenty of room for our party of 7. I would recommend this rental to friends and family traveling to Tampa.

Great place in quiet community
The house was excellent place for oir group of 6 guys in Tampa for a fishing trip. Home is new and had great decor and comfortable beds. Area is mostly older homes, but established. Took a 20 min jog around the area and reminded me of areas of Atlanta where new construction intermingled with homes from 1950-60 era. Great Cuban bakery 1 block walk, so we had breakfast there each day and they were always busy as it seemes like they are a community hot spot. We walked about 15 min to 7th st which is the party area for Ybor. Lots of restraunts, bars, and places to hang out. Younger crowd, but found a nice cigar bar with a rooftop setting that was chill . Enjoyed our stay and will definite stay here again!

Perfect Family Place
This upstairs/ downstairs duplex was wonderful for extended family… together time, yet space for different groups, night owls or those wanting to sleep. Clean, peaceful accommodations. Every amenity you’d need, and furnishings and linens quite new. Convenient to Ybor city, Busch Gardens, and La Segunda Bakery only one block- Do NOT miss the fresh Cuban bakery with Cuban sandwiches and the delicious pastries with Perfect cup of cafe con lech.
