"The pictures are very deceiving. The house needs major updates. It was dirty and there were cobwebs and spiders. No sheets and no curtains in the bathrooms for privacy at all. We could not shower because of the lack of privacy, and we decided to leave a night early because we were so uncomfortable in the house."

"Overall, excellent. We stayed 2 nights in winter. Roads were clear. A few other homes in sight but strong sense of privacy. Heating and cooking were good. Good tmobile data reception. Didnt try streaming. TV with DVD player and HDMI input. Driveway is between Bonnynook Rd intersection and american flag. Home is very clean and well equipped for your stay. Hosts are very accommodating and friendly. Top rating."

"The property has clearly been updated since some of the prior posts. Very nice kitchen and living room area. Deck has both a propane grill and gas flat-top griddle, both of which came in handy. The master suite is great, and there are three other decent bedrooms and nice loft area. Overall, everyone enjoyed the time at the house. A few things to improve for next person: Working light above sink in downstairs bathroom would be nice; could use curtains or blinds on the west-facing kitchen/living...

"Stayed here for a few nights for a cross cut class. Good place to stay if you're trying to go somewhat off grid and still be somewhere comfortable. I believe laundry and wifi were advertised on the listing, but neither were available on the property. Property manager was helpful and responded quickly throughout the booking process and the stay."
