"The rooms were spacious and clean and the air conditioning was amazing! The only disappointing thing was there was no swimming pool. There were pictures of an outdoor pool online for the property, so we were disappointed. However, we were very pleased with our rooms and the cool air conditioning during a small heat wave!"

"Modest room but very adequate and comfortable. So many nice features of the property made our stay very enjoyable--pool, nice restaurant and bar, balcony overlooking the harbor, walking distance to town with nice shops and restaurant and office lobby that was comfortable with a nice sitting area."

"Location is very good and the scenic beauty from hotel is fantastic. No breakfast, bathroom fan is not working, trash bin very less in room. But for 1 to 2 night stays is worth it."

"We had a great stay at the Bar Harbor Manor when visiting Acadia National Park. A few things we loved about the hotel: - Excellent location. Walking distance to downtown Bar Harbor restaurants and within a few minutes of the national park. It's in a very walkable area that feels lively. - Amazing service. The hotel staff were amazing. We asked for advice on dining and activities several times - everyone we spoke with was wonderful. Great advice and a wonderfully positive attitude. - Free grab and go breakfast - They have coffee, orange juice, blueberry muffins (my son was a huge fan), oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, etc. It's not a hot breakfast and there's no dining area, but it's more than enough to get you going in the morning. There's also ice and a filtered water dispenser (to fill up your water bottles). - Renovated rooms - Our room was in the newer building, which had an elevator and was recently renovated. We also had a balcony, which was nice. Not a luxurious room, but very comfortable with more than adequate space for 2 guests (we had a king sized bed). Also, the bathroom door was hard to close. I think there are different buildings in various states of renovation. - Free parking Note that this hotel has a small reception area with a few chairs, but aside from that there are limited common areas. But you're not going to Acadia National Park to hang out in a hotel lobby, are you? I'd go back here given the chance!"

Best Western Acadia Park Inn

"Stayed here for two nights while visiting Acadia and it was exactly what we needed. Hotel is just a few minutes out from Bar Harbor, which is perfect if you don't want the noise and crazy crowds. We enjoyed the quiet location, but were only 5 miles from Acadia, which is where we spent most of our time anytime. The motel was very clean, and we felt very safe there as well. Beds and pillows were comfortable...we slept great. Breakfast was good, with different choices both mornings. Check-in staff and breakfast staff were all very nice. I would definitely stay here again! Be sure to check out the restaurants that are out by the hotel too...Sweet Peas in particular had wonderful wood-fired pizzas."

Terramor Outdoor Resort

"There were a lot of bugs. My entire family has bug bites all over our legs. Our tent had magnets on the flap which left huge holes for bugs to get in. Needed a zipper or something to help with the bugs. The cooler in the room was better than nothing but kind of annoying to keep unzipping for cold water. Would have much preferred a mini fridge. Lighting in the tent was so dim we couldn’t even see when making coffee. Staff in lodge not that helpful- ice water not replenished, spoons missing. Breakfast was lacking- paper plates was budget. Options were also pretty budget."

"We loved our stay here! This was our 2nd stay we liked it so much. Close to Bar Harbor activities & Acadia. Very clean with great staff and piano bar was lovely! Definitely recommend!"
