The view was fantastic, the room was nice, clean and comfortable; however, the queue to check in and check out was the largest I have ever seen at a hotel. We waited more than 20 minutes on both occasions. Also parking is not included and is quite expensive at $15 per day, even though it was extremely difficult to find a park in the garage. Also, the buffet restaurant downstairs for dinner was very average.

Overall, a great place to stay, however, we booked for 3 adults and the room was only set up for 2 people! We had to ask for extra towels, crockery etc each night after the room was cleaned! The spa was too cold and the place was overrun by noisy uni students cos we didn't know the uni games were on! No-one told us...
We stayed in room 3501 with beautiful view on both sides. The lounge & kitchen are very clean & nice. The location is so convenient to the shops/restaurants. The staff are very friendly and nice. We definitely will book here again.

Really nice hotel for families. Facilities around pool are very good. Breakfast very expensive and you pay a premium if you want to hire a day bed near the pool. A few more umbrellas/shade in pool area would be good, as would pool towel availability in late afternoon. No towels were available after 5pm. Our room and bathroom were given a very basic clean (cup marks remained visible etc) but it was a very busy weekend and hotel was at capacity. If you enjoy Surfers Paradise this is a good family option. Kids will love the pool.
I couldn't fault the value and service of our stay. The room was clean and comfortable and staff when out of their way to help us. The view was amazing and breakfast in the revolving restaurant was splendid! We will be back!
Good facilities, basic but comfy room and staff very helpful. Great location with tram stop outside the door. Breakfast let this hotel down, I have had much better in other hotels locally and parking and wifi costs were more than I've paid elsewhere
Surfers Paradise has the most vibrant nightlife anywhere along the Gold Coast. The main streets are east-west Cavill Ave, with its beachfront pedestrian mall, and north-south Orchid Ave, where many bars and nightclubs are located. Many budget hotels are located in Surfers Paradise, and the beach town also has an especially wide variety of Asian restaurants.
