Great location, I thought it was going to be noisy as it was on the main road, but it wasn't, lovely view of the ocean. The staff were a bit ordinary, we were made to feel like an annoyance....it was very 'oh no here's another guest' she may as well have been a recording because that's what she sounded like. They were more interested in looking at something on the computer than customer service.
We had a nice room with slightly filtered views of the beach from level 17. The room was extremely quiet with no street noise. The room was also very compact but fine for a business visit. My main criticism is that check in and out were dreadful. far too long queuing up and as a result I'm not so sure I would recommend the hotel.
We stayed here as a last minute option and boy I'm glad we did. Best Hotel I've stayed at! The details are amazing, the quality is fantastic! The staff very attentive - and ready to help. Literally could not have asked for anything else. Can't wait to go back!
Surfers Paradise has the most vibrant nightlife anywhere along the Gold Coast. The main streets are east-west Cavill Ave, with its beachfront pedestrian mall, and north-south Orchid Ave, where many bars and nightclubs are located. Many budget hotels are located in Surfers Paradise, and the beach town also has an especially wide variety of Asian restaurants.
