« Basic, but very comfortable rooms. Clean and tidy. Comfy beds. Good location and good value for money. Staff were all helpful and friendly. »

« Great place to stay on the Gold Coast. Walking distance to plenty of places to eat and shop as well as the beach. The room had everything we wanted including a very comfortable bed. »

« The room we got was not the one in the advertisement. The amenities were ere the same but room arrangement was not. I think the listing is over exaggerated and they need to put real photos in Expedia. The stairway carpets are dirty stained. The whole place would do with an update or just a good thorough clean. Initially the room had a strong foul odour. The staff was helpful and refund of deposit was fast. »

« The cold tap on the bathroom sink didn;t work. The 2 kitchen chairs both dipped in the middle and you felt like you were sitting in a hole. »

« Great value accomodation »

« Very clean room. Well located »

« Great »

« Very disappointing experience. The room was dirty and unhygienic, with cockroaches crawling around and dirty, smelly bedsheets. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, and the bathtub was out of order. To make matters worse, the staff at the front desk were rude and unprofessional. The overall condition of the room was unacceptable, and the lack of cleanliness made our stay extremely uncomfortable. Basic hygiene, working facilities, and respectful customer service are the minimum...

« Good value. Reasonable price. Close to ammenities »
