"The ocean view from the 75th floor was truly exceptional and very much appreciated. While the overall condition of the room was acceptable, there are a few areas where improvements would be welcome. Specifically, the drainage in the shower stall was quite poor, causing water to overflow rather quickly. In addition, the bathtub stopper did not seal properly, making it difficult to fill the tub. Upon arrival, the closet door was completely off its track and could not be opened or closed, which was somewhat inconvenient. Lastly, I would like to mention the significant congestion with the elevators. One wonders whether a more conventional elevator system—where guests simply select their floor—might have been a more practical choice."

The room was immaculate, beautifully presented, and very comfortable, reflecting the high standards maintained throughout the resort. The pool area is absolutely sensational and quickly became a favourite for our family. What really sets this resort apart is how incredibly family-friendly it is — every detail has clearly been thought through to ensure both adults and children have an enjoyable and relaxing experience. The buffet breakfast was simply wonderful, with an impressive variety and excellent quality, a big shout-out to the chefs for their fantastic work. There is no shortage of things to do within the resort, making it easy to relax, unwind, and stay entertained without even needing to leave the property. We genuinely loved every moment of our stay and cannot wait to return next year for our holidays. We will absolutely be recommending RACV Royal Pines Resort to all our family and friends.
