« Il n'y a rien que nous ayons particulièrement apprécié. Le check-in est un peu froid et impersonnel (en fait il faut compléter soi-même sa fiche sur une tablette.). L'hôtel et la chambre sont confortables et bien agencés, mais sans charme. Le quartier est un peu excentré mais bien desservi par les transports en commun. Le petit déjeuner est aseptisé : tout est là, mais rien n'est appétissant sauf le pain et les croissants. »

"Tout était parfait. Emplacement idéal pour visiter Vienne dans une rue calme. Chambre et salle de bains très propres et soignees, une literie très confortable. Personnel aux petits soins et toujours aimable. Viennoiseries, fruits, bonbons et eau à disposition en permanence dans le hall de l’hôtel. Petit déjeuner excellent et d’une grande variété. "La chambre est magnifique, grande, bien décorée avec une vue superbe. Le personnel est dévoué (nous avons été aidés pour faire face à un problème de santé). Le restaurant est agréable mais la cuisine est basique. A côté il y a un restaurant fabuleux (Nosh), et la location de l'hôtel est excellente pour du tourisme. Nous reviendrons !"
