After our second call and a trip to the front desk, our room was changed. In this room, if the hot water was allowed to run for 10 minutes, you could get a warm shower. « My husband's martini was terrific served in a pretty glass. The bar was real nice and they split our shared late evening meal in the kitchen so our burger was ready to eat without needing to cut it. We had a nice time and would return when we visit Frisco, TX. »

« We checked in and stayed in the smallest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The staff told me it was “European-Style.” Would have been nice to know before I booked. It was like 120 square foot. And later the staff told me they had normal rooms but checked me into a European sized room. Took 15 minutes to valet park and check in. And the place wasn’t busy. Breakfast was a joke. It was a table of cold cuts and hard cheese. No breakfast food. Just glad it’s over. Won’t be back. ...
