"I liked the area and staff was great for the stay. The breakfast could have been better only had scrambled eggs one day no omelettes at all. A little let down on that and no bacon. The room was nice but pullout couch was very bad not enough padding and felt bars in pullout for quest which was awful and paid extra for suite do let down on that. Staff was great but could not fix bed and wanted that extra tv for guest."

"I feel tricked. Motels have more amenities then this hotel. Now I understand that this hotel is under a full renovation but it should just be closed till it's functional. No breakfast, no sitting area, no lounge, no access to the pool or outside, no ice or even vending machines, no sign on the building (I thought it was closed when I pulled up). Couldn't get checked in because of an issue with the credit card machine set up on a folding table (no joke). Mattresses and furniture lining the doorways in and out Dust, Noise, nothing set up. Checkout was a joke could not find anyone anywhere a hand written note said with a guest will be back shortly waited at least 15min. After knocking on employee only door and hollering then calling and hearing the phone ring 20+ times I wrote my own checkout note and left. (running now later for my flight) I did get one of the new rooms and it will be nice but it wasnt even finished, room numbers taped to the doors, no refrigerator in the room but a spot for one."

"There appeared to be mold-like growth underneath the cushions of the sleeper sofa. The floors were dirty, and the room was generally unkempt. We were told that housekeeping would come to address our concerns. Later, my husband encountered a woman outside our room and asked if she was with housekeeping. She stated that she did not speak English. Shortly afterward, a front desk employee came to our room to check on the status of the cleaning because housekeeping had reported that they had checked in with us. We were then moved to a different room that was cleaner overall; however, we noticed the same mold-like fuzz underneath the sleeper sofa cushions. We also found dirty linens left on the sleeper sofa bed. My husband was given gloves and asked to remove the dirty linens himself because housekeeping had already left for the day. He brought the soiled linens to the front desk and was provided with clean replacement linens, although they were stained. Another issue was that the TV appeared to be rigged up and would only lean toward the floor. There were also two brief power outages, although that was likely due to the weather. We were informed that housekeeping had gone home for the day, leaving us to address issues that should have been handled by hotel staff. This was easily one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had."

"One of the best hotels that I have stayed at in a while. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen set up was great. Breakfast was served til 10 and a noon check out was great for a leisurely weekend. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Will be staying here again when we come back to the area."
