"Great location for a family break and a spot of local island hopping. Good food and good choice for kids. Only minor quibble was the time taken in the evenings to be served, but it is the same for many hotels just now as they deal with staff shortages thanks to Brexit. Overall a great hotel in a beautiful location."

"Lovely property right on the water. We stayed here for its proximity to several historic sites but it's a mecca for golfers from all over the world. Just happy we were not there for the British Open madness! Staff were lovely and the restaurant was top notch. "

"Overnight stay as we were attending a wedding nearby. Hotel allowed us to leave our luggage & check in so we were able to go straight to our room when we came back late from wedding. Room was lovely!! Comfy bed. Big bath & separate shower. Tea tray fully stocked. Enjoyed our breakfast which was cooked to order & very tasty. Friendly staff. Easy check out. Will definitely return & look forward to using the spa facilities next time. "
