"The hotel was under construction. This should have been noted on the website. While the room was clean, the remaining portion of the hotel was not. Understandable near the construction area, however, the stairs were not vacuumed and dirty. They did not provide the breakfast as noted. There was a note at the front desk when you came in saying that they weren't serving breakfast and you can leave if you wanted to. Where are you going to go at the very last minute? You have no choice but to stay. Discounts should be provided for these issues."

"It is a great place for kids. As an adult, the food wasn’t that great and our bathroom shower was cob jobbed with tie wraps."

"Please - Do not stay here!!! The place looks like it has zero maintenance. Nothing like the pictures. There was no heat working and was 56 in the room. I went to the desk and guy said he'd bring a heater but never did. I slept in my clothes. I ran the hairdryer for a bit but was full of black fuzz so thought it might catch fire. The room smelt moldy and patches of paint hanging off ceiling. Went to Walmart across the street and got face mask as sure i'd get sick, which I actually did a couple days later. Sore throat. Sink taps didn't work and dripping into a waste bin. Shower was ok but handle almost completely corroded through. I feel bad because I'm sure the room has been rented out again and nothing has been done. I walked to the hotel from the train station and google was having me make a big loop around. It appeared I might be able to cut through a housing development. I tried it but blocked by a fence at back of what I thought was an abandoned motel. When I went the long way around turned out the abandoned motel was this place. Not quite as bad from front side but still."

"Property was clean, parking was included which was nice, rooms where clean as well. Check in took a while though, had to wait in line for a good 15-20 minutes because only 1 person was running the front desk."

"The bathroom walls had tears and the bathtub's paint was peeling off, the ice machine was non-functional and dirty, and there were no iron or coffee machine."

"The staff were relaxed and very accommodating. The room, bed, and bathroom were very clean. Parking was just outside our ground floor room with the car visible from the room's window. We were allowed to register early and park the car hours before an appointment in Boston for which, to avoid city driving, we used Lyft. The thermostat worked very well controlling the very long and completely quiet heater unit mounted near the ceiling along the longest wall. The only complaint we had was that the bathroom light and fan were on the same switch and was unusable because the fan was very loud and sounded as though the blades were striking metal. We were OK with not using it and only reported it as we were checking out but for some this would probably be a deal breaker."
