The staff was so nice and helpful,

The view was great. Staff were Okey, but unfortunately, there was a lot of small insects inside the cabin. Once we checked in, we tried to turn on all the appliances and the AC was not working. Called the number on the book and was referred to the staff at the site and Informed us that it is not working and could not tell us when it is going to get fixed. So we have to open all the windows. I e-mailed the office asking maybe to give us a discount on our stay but, sad to say we've checked out and still didn't get any response from the management. Which was a very disappointment on our family trip.

Everything was awsome. The cabin looked so good and was so cozy. We enjoyed the fireplace it was a coldish night. There were no bugs anywere even though we found a considerable amount of spider webs on the walls which we were first concerned about. But didn't see any spiders during our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped. There was a coffee machine, microwave, oven, electric kettle, and cooking utensils. There was a barbecue outside which we got really excited about. I would suggest bringing barbecue meat and enjoy the barbecue. We had a good view of the lake. The surroundings of the cabin could have used a little more maintenance. We saw a fire pit outside but couldn't turn on a fire. I wish we could. The outside environment felt very abandoned, it was just us. I enjoyed the place being quiet and the fact that we had the place to ourselves, but it felt a little scary how abandoned it was. Overall, I would recommend for one night's stay. Bring a lot of snacks and make sure to use the barbecue.
