We wish the pool had been open earlier.

Simple, comfortable, and clean...everything you could want in a boutique hotel in downtown Boise. The room’s decor and design felt exactly like what I’d imagine a stylish studio apartment in a downtown area would look like. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the café in the lobby made for a great breakfast spot with delicious food and pastries. The location couldn’t have been better, sitting almost perfectly between the heart of downtown in one direction and the Boise River in the other. I will never consider staying anywhere else when visiting Boise again. This is officially my spot!

The shower head was so high that it was impossible to adjust it if you are under 6 foot tall. Everything else was pretty good.

Our recent stay at the SpringHill Suites Boise West was a great stay. We had an excellent experience. The hotel’s pet policy is outstanding, making it an ideal choice for those traveling with animals. My room was exceptionally comfortable and well-appointed, providing a very relaxing environment. A particular highlight of the stay was the breakfast, which exceeded expectations. The variety of options was impressive, and the inclusion of a wide selection of beverages—including hot chocolate—was a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. I highly recommend this property for its quality service and amenities.
