This hotel oozes old world charm but has all the comfort of a modern property. The staff is super friendly and very courteous. And the food at its bistro is delicious. All and all a lovely property to consider when staying in downtown Boise.

We love staying at the BGH! We’ve stayed here several times and it’s always great. Quiet, walkable to downtown spots, clean, spacious and the amenities are great. We will always pick staying at this quaint inn rather than a busting corporate hotel. ❤️

The staff was helpful and it's pretty quiet

My trip overall I would say was very positive. The hotel made for a good stay and I can’t complement the staff enough with how professional and helpful they were. The only downside I would say is the maintenance of the overall facility, but I know it must be very difficult to keep everything pristine. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The location was very easy to find, and the staff very helpful at all times of day for whatever was needed. They were quick with getting us checked in and out of the hotel, and when I needed to do laundry, they were able to exchange my cash for quarters! The room was very clean, and building overall pretty quiet. The air conditioning worked very well. Room was spacious and comfortable. Overall I would visit again!
