Thoughtful and generous touches from Jane like cream tea on arrival, freshly picked flowers and kitchen and bathroom essentials made our stay so hassle free, homely and welcoming. "Top Cot Cottage is a lovely Cornish cottage. It is well equipped with everything you need. St Just is a great village with a handful of shops and there are great walks nearby. We had a lovely short break and coastal walks in the sunshine. Tony gave us all the information we needed to have a great holiday."

"The property was lovely and had a nice cottage cosy feel. The country style kitchen was gorgeous and had everything you needed for a self catering stay away from home. The property is in a very rural location but the small village of st just is just a short 5 minute walk up hill. The property was very clean and tidy but there was lots of cobwebs and spiders in the house I suppose this is to be expected with the rural country location."
