"We loved our stay in Newlyn. The flat was comfortable, beautifully appointed, well stocked, and an easy walk to anything we needed in the village. We loved having breakfast and seeing seals playing in the sea below. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated that the decor and furniture felt like a real home with its artistic decorating touches and warmth rather than your typical rented vacation home. "The cottage was comfortable and clean. The weather was cold and wet when we were there and so we were not able to enjoy the garden but the rhododendron blooms were pretty. It was a good place for a base to visit southern Cornwall - Land's End, Lizard Point, Michael's Mount were some of the places we visited."

"Lovely cosy little place with a lovely feel and had everything we needed. Bed and sofa were very comfy, bunk beds were a bit tight for an adult and the only bathroom is off of the main bedroom so more suited to a family than three adults. Very easy to find and parking was fine even in our truck (reverse in). It was a good base but walking from there was a bit limited due to having to cross A roads. "

"This is a stunning little cottage, tastefully decorated and comfortable, and hidden up a quiet laneway. The books of local history were a bonus. Being in Mousehole, there is NO parking. We found a park on the quay and walked and bussed everywhere which was perfect. Note there is no hairdryer, but hey, you’re on holiday, right? "

"Booked this as a last minute stay too avoid a very early morning drive to a cycling event. On arrival was met by a very helpful manager who explained the parking procedure. After putting luggage in our room we went down to the bar. Again excellent service from the manager and a very friendly atmosphere. Had a great nights sleep in our room which had all the facilities we needed. Left too early to sample breakfast butt all in all we had a great experience "
