« Faded and fraying. Having paid the premium rate for a week in August we were at least expecting clean well appointed accommodation. All the comments I will make have been mentioned in previous reviews and I am not sure that the owner will take any action to remedy the faults. The directions to the accommodation were adequate but could be a little better. On arrival there was a musty smell of damp, I appreciate that the building is old but it has been renovated and surely something could be done....

« Last minute i was told that booking cancelled due to wrong booking by system. I could not get booking and had to wander on roads. Finally premier inn receptionist allowed us to sit at restaurant corner table from 11pm to 6am. I got compensation of 458pounds. But the expert was terrible. Ur system needs fix. »

"Très jolie chambre, spacieuse. Parfait. Bémol : nous n'avons pas reçu le code pour la clé et avons dû contacter l'agence après l'heure d'arrivée et nous avons été réveillé à 6h30 par une alarme qui détectait trop de CO2 dans la chambre. Bruit d'enfer impossible à arrêter qui réveille le voisinage et aucune mention de cette possibilité dans le classeur d'informations se trouvant dans la chambre."
