Recently refurbished, the property has been carefully arranged and equipped to include a contemporary open plan living / dining area and kitchen as well as two gorgeous bedrooms and bathrooms. Set just a short stroll back from the seafront, Newlyn’s harbour is easy to reach, as are its shops, restaurants, galleries and cafes. There is nearby building works taking place, we understand that external work is complete and it's just internal work now, it's possible some noise might be heard at certain times, for more information please contact Luxury Coastal. Good Housekeeping Bond We ask our guests for a £100 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. Easy walk to restaurants and a beautiful walk via promenade to Mousehole (1 hour). Parking was as advertised- and inconvenient but manageable. First rental we’ve stayed at where no shower soap was supplied. The primary suite needs a bathroom door! Reading the guest info book absolutely necessary or you’ll be searching for cutlery and clothes drying rack etc. ##### David B. Excellent property, looks exactly like the listing. Was so well decorated and had everything we needed in it. Great location for pottering around Newlyn, Mousehole and Penzance and easy to drive to other locations. Local car park was £20 for the week and a 10 min walk from the property (but can drop stuff off first before parking). Great trip and would recommend to others. The only issue we had was the en suite shower. Some days it was great, every other day it would just keep going scalding hot then freezing cold over and over so you had to keep jumping in and out the water as it flicked between the two temps. ##### richard b.
