"Booked this as a last minute stay too avoid a very early morning drive to a cycling event. On arrival was met by a very helpful manager who explained the parking procedure. After putting luggage in our room we went down to the bar. Again excellent service from the manager and a very friendly atmosphere. Had a great nights sleep in our room which had all the facilities we needed. Left too early to sample breakfast butt all in all we had a great experience "

"I had to visit Penzance as my cousin passed away. I travelled alone and found the property easily. Parked across the road, Code to get in was great, Room bright, clean and warm. Spacious. Room to hang clothes, Fridge for snacks I had with me, Shower lovely and hot. Big TV with plenty of channels. Best bit was the bed. I suffer with back and many times if I stay away I always have backache by the morning. No backache all week.The only problem I had was I could not connect to the Wi Fi. It wasn't a necessity for me. Thank you Seascape I will book again in the summer as need to go back to Penzance. KY"
