Mark and Anna were brilliant hosts and have such a good knowledge of the area. The place is also very good if you are travelling around easy transport links. Parking is good. The rooms are very nice and clean with tea making facilities and mini fridge with water. I would recommend it to anyone.

It’s a very nice location to either Carbis bay and St Ives. Very friendly and I felt like a family accommodation there. Very friendly and well looked after to us.

The property was well kept. Room was very clean, comfy, cozy and quiet - with all amenities needed. The included breakfast was very satisfying and cooked to perfection. Even though hot chocolate was not on the menu, was provided at request and most delicious. Being greeted at the train station was an incredible help after a long journey. The attention to deal was and friendly atmosphere made this one of the most enjoyable and memorable stays. Would highly recommend a stay at The Mustard Tree. Sher & Dee from USA

The place is spotlessly clean, Mark and Anna are friendly, helpful and approachable, breakfast was great and the facilities in the room were just what was needed. The bed was comfy and warm too! I had a really great stay and would definitely recommend staying here.
