The room was very clean, and all amenities were working perfectly. The owners gave us a lot of attention: helped us park, allowed us to check in a bit early, and allowed us to keep the car in the parking lot a bit after check-out. Provided the city map and advice. We travelled with our two adult children, so we needed three beds. This property met our needs perfectly. Excellent location, great value and clear communication. We would rebook this property without hesitation!

I had a slight issue where the mini split air conditioning/heating unit fan wasn't working no matter what you had it set to, and it seemed that the heating for the entire building was set high, so it got a bit too toasty for me in the room, i did have to open a window slightly overnight in order to not sweat. Also the fan in the bathroom was not working. Advised the team on the way out. But otherwise the rest of the place was immaculate. Seriously despite the two main issues i loved the place and definitely will come back if the price is right. Parking is a nightmare, but that's expected. Highly recommend!

It was very spacious, simple and clean. Easy to check in and check out. Staffs were very friendly. We have somewhat big SUV and it felt that it wont fit in the hotel parking. There were multiple public parkings around the hotel property and you could choose where to park. Ventilation feature in bathroom was not working and we were concerned that humidity could damage the wall however that was not a problem since we did have comfortable nights after long nights. Breweries, cafes, many attractions are all walking distance. If you are willing to walk more than 10,000 steps a day, you can basically hit all the attractions in old quebec city on foot.
