St. Clair Vacation Packages

I stayed here this past weekend, and while the room itself was clean, the overall experience fell way short of expectations. The lighting in the room was terribly dark and gloomy, and the bathroom looked nothing like the photos online. The bathroom tiles were completely loose, and both the shampoo and body wash dispensers in the shower were completely empty. To top it off, the hairdryer was not working too. There was no water bottles in the room also the kitchen sink was not working at all. While the room was clean, the rest of the property didn't match—the common hallways were noticeably dirty. The staff were friendly and pleasant to deal with, but extremely unprofessional. Seeing both receptionists walking around the lobby at night in their pajamas was pretty bizarre for a hotel stay. I appreciate the clean room and friendly attitudes, but basic amenities, working fixtures, and professional standards were severely lacking. I wouldn't stay here again. Grand Bend Beach, and it was the perfect getaway! The drive to the beach was short and convenient, while their place was tucked away in a peaceful, quiet location that made it so relaxing. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The place was very clean, and well kept. Katie and Jim were wonderful hosts—they were always quick to respond whenever we had a question and were incredibly kind, accommodating, and attentive. They truly wanted to make sure our stay was enjoyable, which we really appreciated. We had a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway near Grand Bend!
