Josiah Henson Museum of African-Canadian History Tours and Activities

This place is an oasis. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed was extremely comfortable. I was there on business and it was still a very relaxing stay. The staff were welcoming. The area is great for walking with lots of restaurants. Highly recommend Hotel Stry!

I have to save the building operator really excellent person very accommodating Great communication with the customers. Front desk stuff was very good too as well maintenance or on-call cleaning person lacking a professional latitude, came in very sick really didn’t have any explanation as to why the refrigerator wasn’t working to max or the sound of the air conditioner was very loud. Perhaps she should’ve got better before she came back to work. She could’ve potentially gotten people to sick regardless if she was feeling better or not .. She sounded awful. Her wheeze was really bad andthere’s people with low immunity like myself that has cancer that could’ve been very bad for me….Outside of that, front counter service great , again the building operator second to none very nice young man very professional. The place was very clean. I would highly recommend people to stay there. I don’t use the amenities such as pools I don’t do breakfast and I don’t do the weight rooms so they got a low score because I won’t use them appreciate them, but I won’t use them.
