"Location is about 25min from the Strip in a quiet culdusac. Perfect home for our needs, we stayed with a kiddo, our dogs. Check-in/out was easy, our host was super responsive and the place was just perfect!"

"Fernway was one of the best stays in Vegas that I have ever had! I needed a place that was big enough to hold five adults, with at least one bedroom downstairs. The house upon arrival, IMMACULATE. It was spacious, clean, and beautiful. The hot tub, amazing! The backyard, fantastic! As I mentioned to the owners of the property, if I had one complaint, it’s that there is no grass area for my pups, which, I am not about to give lower than a five star rating for. To be completely honest with you, it was most likely my fault that I didn’t notice that in the pictures because I was too mesmerized by the photos. All in all, a 10/10! "The continental breakfast was fair, needs more variety and change it up everyday, it was the same food every morning . The way be and cheese in the afternoon was pretty good. The entire staff was very friendly . The room was comfortable and pretty clean. The outdoor pool was very nice, we had it to ourselves most mornings . Parking was convenient and no extra charge. We had a great time, it was a very convenient location"

"The single most important factor of a rental is that it is CRYSTAL CLEAN and this property delivered! Kitchen was well very stocked. Beds/pillows were exceedingly comfortable. Cute decor. Loved the suburban location and walked to Whole Foods twice in the few days we were there. The hosts were top notch! This rental served as a great home base in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood. "
