Great place to stay

We arrived late in the afternoon and were immediately taken to our room. The room was large and clean. It was well stocked and had a great view with gigantic windows. We had upgraded for $100 a day to superior suite, with full access to the VIP lounge upstairs. They supplied alcohol, beer, wine, refreshments all day, and food served at three different times each day. Amazing property with location very close to the airport. The check in process was very smooth and the staff were very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend booking this property if you intend to stay in the austin area.

This is a very comfortable hotel. The staff were all very friendly. The complimentary breakfast had everything - pastries, fruit, yogurt, eggs, waffles. I used the laundry facilities which were convenient, clean and in good working order. I used the fitness room which was clean, had lots of equipment and overlooked the pool. Great hotel, great location.

Close to Hotel but they do charge a fee for parking which was not super transparent upfront. I think the room I had used to be a smoker room because there was an old tobacco/cigarette smell when you entered the room. Other than than everything was comfortable and clean.

The room and bathroom was clean. The fridge was helpful for us. The ambience was not to my liking, but that's just me. May want to consider brighter lights at least in the bathroom (for shaving or putting on makeup). What I found interesting is, despite the air conditioner running while we were there, the moisture level of the unit was high. AC is supposed to bring the moisture level down, which didn't happen.
