"The amenities make the difference! The hotel pool is the nicest in the area. The coffee station is free and nicely maintained. The restaurant and bar have selections for everyone. The fitness rooms, the conference space, the outdoor spaces all made my stay more pleasant. Every person on staff was warm and welcoming. I will be back each time I'm in Portland area."

"I used to love this place, but unfortunately not anymore. I stayed here with my boyfriend on 3/20 for his birthday. We were planning to use the hotel pool, but it was closed, which was really disappointing. I booked through Hotels.com, and my receipt showed a total of $161.54, but I was charged $180 instead. When I asked the front desk, the staff member said she didn’t know how to fix it and told me to call her manager. I didn’t feel like it was my responsibility to spend extra time trying to resolve their billing issue. On the second night, our key cards stopped working, so my boyfriend had to go all the way back to the lobby to get new ones, which was inconvenient. Breakfast was just okay—nothing special. Overall, this experience didn’t meet my expectations, especially compared to how much I used to like this place. "
