"Travelled with my parents to take a quick trip to Salem. Loved that there was shopping right next door, also choice of restaurants nearby. They weren’t thrilled with the breakfast options, as they are used to more of a continental buffet style, but it met our needs for our first day and we found the Friendly Toast nearby, which was a fun retro breakfast-brunch place. It was clean, had fluffy towels, but hard to rate staff, as we hardly saw any. (They only clean after 3 nights) fine for us, we’re not pigs lol"

"The room, pool, and lobby were clean and comfortable. The bathroom could have used more attention.. The shower curtain had mold on it which was not expected. The staff were very nice and helpful!"

"Loved the staff! There was a family traveling that looked like they were moving across the country. They had 10 boxes of stuff with them. The staff helped put those all boxes in the business center so it could be kept safe! This hotel has the best selection of food in their sundry store that I’ve even seen in any hotel. We flew in at 1:00 am and was hungry but nothing was open. Thinking we would have to wait until morning to find food, we were surprised to find an awesome selection of food items to buy! It was like being at a mini grocery store. What a fabulous place! We will be stay again and again wherever we’re in Boston. "
