Good place to stay

Was a great experience. Near ports for cruiseships, $9/pp shuttle to the port, easy to arrange once present at hotel. Enjoyed the pool. Walgreens across the street for any 'sundries' or pre-cruise needs. We didn't get to walk much but there seems to be some ice cream and shops nearby

The shuttle bus was prompt after I called. The hotel receptionist told me how to get to the waiting area. My room was clean & everything was in order. There was an issue with the smoke detector battery ( not the fault of the hotel). It started beeping for a battery change. The hotel staff came & replaced them right away. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the owner was friendly.

Clean room. Snack and wine basket also full of information about Ft. Lauderdale was a nice touch. Having a laundry was great as we were there a week. My only suggestion might be a sign in the laundry room asking guests to return beach toys/gear each evening so other guests can use them. For example, we used the boogie boards for a day, returned them, and then another guest grabbed them and kept them for the week. Other than that, we had an excellent time and will definitely stay here again!...

Excellent stay. Super well located steps away from the Hollywood Boardwalk. Room spotless and in excellent condition, fully renovated. High quality shower and comfortable bed. Plenty of snacks available for a reasonable fee. Check-in expérience a little complicated (need to sign reservation agreement in advance via DocuSign) but ultimately was easy as you can enter directly your room via keypad code. Fully recommend the Tel!

Great location right by the beach and boardwalk. Awesome resort with amazing and friendly staff, spacious and well appointed room, nice pools and well-equipped gym. The food at the different restaurants and bars on site is ok, not great, but there are many fantastic options right around the resort and within walking distance. The “extra” resort fee at more than US$50 with tax came as a surprise given the already pricey cost for the room.

The hotel was in a good location and close to lots of shopping (Walmart, Ross, Burlington) and restaurants (e.g. Dennys, Miami Grill) John and Marvin were really helpful with the check-in process. The room was very clean and comfortable. The room was equipped with a fridge, hotplate and microwave. However, my room did not have a kitchen sink. I was told this was because of the type of room I reserved. The air conditioner worked well albeit a bit noisy. Parking in the front of the building was...

Dans l’ensemble, tout était parfait: confort et propreté. Sauf pour un événement à la piscine qui nous privait de celle-ci dès 17h et dont on ne nous a pas informé lors du Check-in. Bruyant!!! Aussi, les coussins à la piscine sont moisis donc pas trop intéressant de s’y installer.

Hotel was nice.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise when I had to stay overnight after a cancelled flight. Calm atmosphere, clean, spacious rooms. Breakfast is reasonable. Not too far from the airport, they have a shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. Took an Uber for $8 to get there and took the shuttle back.
