Bathroom need a good cleaning, Bathtub dirty ring around the tub. Floor need proper washing. Disgusting breakfast, very disappointing, Food was either dried out or undercooked. Poorly done, paid $300.00 a night, not worth it. The food was like a low budget hotel.

For this to be a hotel near a port and the hotel staff aware of port days, the availability to check in early is quite disappointing. I called when my ship docked before 5:00 am asking about early check in. I was told the cleaning staff doesn’t get to the hotel until 9:00, and they had rooms waiting to be cleaned. I arrived at 9:00 am and they put my name and phone number on a waitlist. I didn’t get a room until 11:45 am. I asked why people that came after me were already in rooms. The hostess had her whole speech prepared. She said the room I had was the most popular. Now, had she offered something that would have been available earlier, I would have gladly taken it. But, I got no options. The lobby was full of people waiting to check in.
