"Place was newly built but was not very clean floor sticky shower very very full of long black hair fridge dirty inside and out missing bottom glass in fridge Tried to preheat oven to make a pizza and the smoke detector went of because so much stuff was left spilt in the oven couldn’t even cook pizza or it would have been smoked out All that aside the worst thing was whatever the tenants upstairs cooked 2 times in our 6 day stay was very nasty was making us sick we had to go buy air fresheners...

"A very comfortable and welcoming place to stay. The host was very attentive and available but not at all intrusive. Everything had been thought of in terms of essentials and I didn't myself wanting anything that wasn't already provided. Its located on a quiet street with excellent parking in a beautiful area of town, and just a short walk from downtown. I'll definitely be back."

"This place is quite large when you get there. It is very short walk down to the beach in a very short walk into town. There are very cute coffee shops even if you’re going there out of season, I was there with my family for family holiday get together it was a short ride to Simcoe and the light as well, I highly recommend this place owners were very communicable. The place was very comfortable and everything in there is usable."
