"Great stay july 26-30th! Beautiful view of the river from the home. Large deck and relaxing hot tub. My son fished and caught a few small trout.We also floated on tubes in the river. Close to amazing hikes- we did Barclay lake and bridal veil falls. Very quiet and private property yet short drive to restaurants and small towns. We would recommend this property!"

"Super easy check in no waiting, comfortable bed for sleeping. Would stay again. Coffee creamers went bad so I didn’t have coffee, I’m sure their of fixed that for me but it wasn’t a big deal. Everything else was perfection!"

"This was our second time staying at David’s cabin, and we will be back for a third visit! Such a comfy spot located along the river. Can’t beat the views from any room in the house! Relaxing trip. Cannot wait to return!"

"Beautiful stay "

"This hotel is a wonderful, unique, historic building. The rooms are a little small, but there is a large sun room that is available to all guests. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. I came to visit for a quiet getaway and it was absolutely perfect. "

"House accommodated our family of 5 nicely and everyone had their own bathroom. Kitchen had everything we needed, but it didn’t have a toaster. All the beds were very comfortable. Having the river, really close to the back yard, was a major plus. We utilized the fire pit and hot tub and experienced no problem with these amenities. The washer seems to only stain whites, not colors. We reported the ice maker did not work properly and so we just bought ice instead. We feel the house could benefit from having some rugs in some areas to soften the decor and help with the echo, as you can hear every foot step and every work spoken, during quiet hours. Ear plugs could help, if you’re planning a stay. The area itself was absolutely beautiful and the neighbors we met were friendly and we had some deer visit us in the mornings. The property management responds in a timely manner and addressed all of our concerns prior to arrival. The downstairs master has a unique shower system that should really have instructions. The bottom handle knob controls hot/cold and is the only one to be concerned with to take a simple shower with the shower wand that you can turn towards the wall prior to turning on the water, as it takes a minute to get hot. Other than having more coffee mugs and steak knives, this home was a great vacation spot. Thanks!"

"Beautiful, peaceful and amazing scenery"

"Quiet, peaceful, and close to so many hikes and activities. We spent days with our 2 year old playing in the river and hiking nearby. We spent evenings with Rico’s pizza (10/10!!) on the deck listening to the river and watching the sun sink behind the mountains. Beds and couches are cozy. Large dining room table. Basic kitchen necessities. A soak in the hot tub is required. A picturesque perfect little cabin on the river. Cannot recommend this cabin enough, although selfishly I’d love to keep it to myself. We can’t wait to stay again. "
