"Room was clean. Check-in was smooth. First time staying here for a quick solo work trip. Only issue is that the AC unit in my room wasn’t on and didn’t turn on when I attempted to, so I had a pretty warm night of sleep. Only one elevator and it’s pretty slow. I’d stay here again though."

"We had an issue with the smoke detector in our room. Sidney was the only staff member on duty at the time. She was very quick to respond and correct the issue in an expeditious manner. All of our interactions with Sidney were very pleasant and professional during our stay,"
